摘要：
     本文首先对中国的冷链物流发展做了简要概述，客观地评价了中国冷链物流的水平和存在的问题，并依据这些问题首先对冷链物流的概念和特点做了简要介绍，提出了市场的需求。由于存在这种需求，所以笔者根据它做出了一个完整的冷链物流系统，希望借此能够对中国冷链物流的发展起到一定得积极作用。通过清晰的业务流程图，笔者介绍了一个完整的冷链物流系统。在这个系统中更加强调客户的反馈和温度控制：客户的反馈有助于决策者预测未来消费需求以及改进服务质量，温度控制则直接影响到产品的质量。系统还减少了中间环节，使物流系统的反应更加灵敏迅速。并且结合信息化技术，使这套系统更加完善可行，从而迅速、高效、、经济、稳定地完成冷链物流的流程。销售客服QQ：747305008

Abstract：
     This article first cold-chain logistics in our country have done a brief overview of the development of an objective evaluation of the level of China's cold chain logistics and problems and these problems based on the first cold-chain logistics for the concepts and features a brief introduction to the market needs. Because of this demand, so the author made in accordance with it a complete cold-chain logistics system, hoping to be able to cold-chain logistics in China must play an active role. The flow chart of the business through clear, I introduced a complete cold-chain logistics system. In this system, greater emphasis on customer feedback and temperature control: customer feedback will help policy makers to predict the future consumer demand and improve service quality, temperature control is a direct impact on product quality. System also reduced the intermediate links, so that the logistics system more sensitive and rapid response. And combination of information technology to make possible a more complete system, thus the rapid, efficient, economic, and stability to complete the process of cold-chain logistics.
